Cross-bar welding

We process the spring by press and a bar-like cross-bar point of contact to welding, and final process by line.
Supplemental process can be done for bending, barring-tap process, C-phase cut, R-phase cut, and so on.
A point of contact can be welded with Ag, AgNi, Sangen compound metal and other special materials.
Welding strength is more than 98 N and reduction of electron resis-tance and stability is very efficient.
